This week, our Year 10 students sat two challenging English Literature exams. Having worked really hard on their controlled assessment, they went into the exam confident and well-prepared. In the run up to the exam their dedication and focus was impressive.
Students attended a range of Saturday sessions over 6 weeks with attendance on most Saturdays reaching over 80%. We also ran revision breakfasts all this week, which attracted almost 90% of the students taking the exams.
Next year students will be taking GCSE English Language and this early entry has given them the skills and experience to build on, what we are sure, will be a fantastic result in GCSE English Literature!
