The Arts Faculty are proud to announce the 2019 Art, Photography & DT GCSE exhibition, which will take place in the auditorium on 20th June from 4.30–7pm. Please join us to celebrate Year 11’s hard work, enjoy some live entertainment and canapés.

The final day of term will be on Friday 5th April when the timetable at Heartlands will be as follows:
Period 1-3: Normal Timetable
11.50: Tutor time
12 p.m: End of School
Students who would normally receive free school meals will be able to collect a lunch from the forum as they leave school at 12pm. We will be running Easter revision over the two weeks for Year 11 students who have all been issued with individual timetables and invites. The Easter holidays will be from Monday 8th April until Monday 22nd April. Students should then return to school on Tuesday 23rd April at normal time and follow their Week B timetable.

GROWING THE GROVE
Heartlands Community Trust is looking to raise money for The Grove a specialist school for children and young people with autism here in North London.
The building refurbishments are progressing but additional funding is needed to improve upon the sensory rooms, soft play areas and for other items of equipment to provide the best possible environment for pupils to achieve their full potential. Access to these world class facilities will enable pupils to learn about, and cope with the difficulties that life can throw at them.
There are many ways we are doing this: applying to grant giving trusts and foundations, working with parents, engaging with the local community and businesses, asking our Heartlands High School students to fundraise exclusively for The Grove, and by approaching corporations and individuals, but to succeed we need help from them all and you.
