A reminder that the start of term arrangements
- Monday 4th Septmber is an inset day: no students in school this day
- Tuesday 5th September is year 7 induction day; year 7 only in school this day from 8.30-12pm
- Wednesday 6th September all students in all day. Gates open at 8.25am (Yr11 Community gate, Yr7 and 9 Main gate, Yr8 and 10 South Gate)
It has been well reported on the national news that some schools are impacted by this guidance.
Heartlands High School is not impacted in any way and we will be open as usual for students next week. You can read more HERE if interested
Year 11 students at Heartlands High School are today celebrating a great set of results. We have seen an increase in grade 5+ overall and specifically in English and Humanities. Students worked really hard and we are very proud of all they have achieved. This year group have worked incredibly hard and shown huge dedication the SEARCH ethos to great outcomes!
Overall Heartlands students achieved 110 grade 9s… 30 more than 2022! 17 students were awarded the top grade in Maths, 20 students in English, 24 across the sciences.
Our 2023 cohort will attend a range of high quality colleges, sixth forms and apprenticeships next year; we look forward to hearing of their continued success.
