We are pleased to announce that we will be launching a new Heartlands High School virtual learning environment (VLE) called the āSuccess Portalā. This will become live through the schoolās website on 18th January. You can preview it by clicking on the image above.
TheĀ Success PortalĀ is a system for delivering learning materials to students via the internet. These systems include assessment, student tracking, collaboration and communication tools. The Success PortalĀ can be accessed on any device with internet access. Students will have the opportunity to view lessons that they have missed through absence, and access other resources and websites that will aid their home learning and revision.
Students will also have the opportunity to access curriculum resources, exam advice, past exam papers and complete online assessments at home. Each department has created a Success PorĀ page that provides the following for students:
An outline of lessons in their current scheme of work
Simply encourage your child to follow these easy steps to access the Success Portal:
This is an excellent opportunity for your child to maximise their learning outside of the classroom. For further information, guidance and support, please email: andrew.matthews@heartlands.haringey.sch.uk.
