Why is school closed on February 1st 2023? 

In February and March of 2023 there are 4 strikes planned which will impact learning at HHS. We will not be able to invite all students into school. You can read all about it HERE 

Working at home 

We expect all students to work at home we suggest the following timetable:  

  • 8.30-9.30 Check DPR and work through any home learning tasks which are owed
  • 9.30-10.30 Focus on Tassomai and MathsWatch to revise and practise key areas 
  • Take a break 
  • 10.50-11.50 browse our books available on lineE platform via the library page or read a book.  Also work catching up on the day’s news on a site such as (such as BBC news) 
  • Have lunch/break 
  • 12.50-1.50 Focus on online learning portals.  You can see a list below: 

The DPR 

Although you will not be set specific tasks on the DPR you can check your assessment portal for any upcoming assignments.
